When a defect wafer is detected, the machine automatically initiates the collection process. It precisely sends the defective wafer down to the dedicated collection place, ensuring efficient separation and preventing any potential contamination or interference with the normal production flow.
The construction of the Sheet Picking Machine is of the highest quality.
